AquaSpa Day Spa & Nail Salon

My fiancé just bought me a gift card for this place for Christmas. I have never been and was a first time customer. Although everyone was super sweet and professional I was not impressed with the job. I used it on 2/13 for Valentine’s Day. As we were going to Atlantic City to celebrate and got engaged. Not even four days later my nails started to fall off! My full gel set and pedicure cost $150 and I left and very generous tip. I am so disappointed. I didn’t hit my nails on anything for them to break off. And I have never had this happen any other time I’ve gotten my nails done!

Stay away from this place!...The customer service is horrible...had an appointment today at 930am...arrived at 9:25am and at 10 degrees outside, and after knocking on their door they would not let me or another customer get inside to wait in a warm room. While looking through the door the two ladies ( one i believe is the manager) and tbe other one with long black hair were laughing at us knocking on the door freezing The other customer and I kept asking to us in because it was extremely cold but they totally kept ignoring us. When they finally opened the door she kept smiling and told us " sorry, you can wait in your car, we open at 930am, pick a color". I told her how disappointed and upset we were about their lack of empathy and customer service. She kept saying sorry, we open at 930am,

If I could give this place less stars I would. I came in as a walk in for a pedicure was told they didn’t have anything available for an hour. No problem I’ll wait. I wear gel polish on my toes never been a problem been getting pedicures for over 10 years. The girl starts my pedicure and starts taking off my polish then proceeds to have someone come over and tell me they don’t have time for a gel pedicure today and it’s my fault cause I didn’t clarify it. I’ve never had that issue before again been getting pedicures for over 10 years now. If it’s that’s much of a time constraint more questions should be asked upon intake. Especially since most people get gel on their toes nowadays. I work in this industry & that was so unprofessional. I wasted an hour of my time to now have to walk around

I had my pedicure at the aqua spa and the lady cut my cuticle too far on my toe and in the next few days in went into toe infection. They have no liners in their pedicure tubs and clearly can cause an easy infection if you get cut by the lady. Will never never go back there. Their seats for pedicure look disgusting look ripped up and for what they charge consider themselves as nicer salon it looks super cheap. The picture of my toe is 2 weeks after pedicure just finally healed up the infection it’s was horrible never have I ever had such bad experience and any infection

I frequent this place for massages and Mina is the best! The place is very clean and comfortable. The soothing music they play can be better. I will continue to get my massages here.
