I went to Aquarius Salon about six months ago with high hopes for a great experience, as I was looking to get a partial highlight and discuss bridal hair and makeup. Unfortunately, my visit was not what I expected, and I feel the need to share my experience so others can be aware. First, the partial highlight was not what I asked for. I specifically told my stylist that I wanted to keep my blonde hair but did not want it to be ash white. I ended up with money pieces I didn’t ask for, and the ash white tones I specifically tried to avoid. The stylist, who was apparently the "blonde expert," had to go back in and re-bleach the two front pieces to correct them, but even after that, they were still too light and not what I had in mind. I came to Caroline at Aquarius Spa and Salon about six months before my wedding with the goal of growing out my natural nails after being a chronic nail biter for 30 years! Caroline was so supportive and encouraging every step of the way. I saw her every 2–3 weeks, and she always took the time to help me stay on track and keep my nails healthy. The transformation has been amazing (see pictures!). I truly couldn’t thank you enough, Caroline!

The best head spa experience! A must try! After the one hour pampering, my hair has never felt so clean and the massage chair during the head spa session was so relaxing and refreshing! This was one of my favorite pampering of all time! You won’t be disappointed!

I received the most amazing head spa treatment from Paula! Paula explained everything that she would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The room was incredibly relaxing. I LOVED the smell of the oils being used. And of course, the gentle sound of water running was enough to make me want to fall asleep. Paula is a MASTER! My head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands all received massages. I loved the table/bed adding additional massage. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered! I will definitely be treating myself again.

I have been to Aquarius since I moved to the Chapin area for massage services. Their spa is top notch, especially since the move to the new building where everything is more spacious and has that 'fresh paint smell.' Recently, I started going for gel manicures and with the addition of Natasha, I will never go anywhere else. Natasha specializes in polygel and is talented, nail health focused and creative. I would encourage anyone in the Chapin area to make a special trip to get one of Natasha's manicures!
