Everytime I come in they have different prices. I was charged $70 for a full set (almond shaped medium length) and they charged $15 extra for French tip which was no problem. I went back for a fill in on a very short set (just acrylic on top of my real nails) and was charged $63. Something isn’t adding up. When I asked about the price she said she charged me $3 to cut my already short nails down.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aqua Nail Salon. I came in for a brow service and clearly explained how I wanted my brows trimmed and shaped. The technician repeatedly told me she “knows what she’s doing” and refused to follow the specific instructions I gave. As the paying client, I expect my preferences to be respected. During the service, she burned the skin underneath my brow. Instead of properly soothing the irritated area, she applied rubbing alcohol to it, which made the burning worse. This happened on the day of my photoshoot, and I left with a painful red mark that was visibly inflamed. When I calmly asked again for my brows to be done the way I requested, she walked out. There are a few women who do good lashes. Nails are over priced. They definitely try to get over on pricing. They repeatedly try to give me the same man who messed my lashes up before. This is the last time I will making a appointment and still having to wait, I wont be going here again.

Susan did my French manicure on my natural nails 💅 she did a phenomenal 👏job. This is the BEST I have ever recieved in the past 20 years. She will be my new go to nail technician from here on out. I highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, they offer you water and the people are pleasant. However i asked for a basic pedicure and manicure and I left feeling rushed and not taken care of. Very unhappy. An older woman helped me and charged me $55 for the service. She told me to wash my hands after she applied oil and it left my hands dry and i could see that my nails and cuticles just looked bad. I had to ask her to go back at cut so much skin that was hanging around my nails. The bottom of my feet still looks bad and that was the reason i was there she seen it and didn't offer to use anything else that could help so i figured she didn't know what to do but i really needed a good scrub, peel, whatever they had. She just worked quickly. Also when she was done my nails were still so dirty, i had to scrub m
