I’ve been going to Dave at Applied Health and Massage in Camp Hill for several months now, and I can’t recommend him enough! Unlike a typical salon or spa, Dave runs his massage practice out of a dedicated room in his home, so it’s always just you and him. This creates a peaceful, personal experience that really focuses on your needs. My husband started seeing Dave first, and after hearing how much he benefited, I decided to try it for myself. We now both see him regularly, about once or twice a month, and we’ve noticed a huge improvement in our overall health and well-being. Dave has been my massage therapist since 2018. As a runner, massage has been an important part of my running regiment. I see Dave monthly to ensure I am in top condition for my various races. Dave listens to all my current running aches and will plan the appropriate massage to assist with muscle healing, restoration and relaxation.
