Called to inquire about a potential partnership with Applied Avionics and Rene answered the phone. I was very polite and asked if they were currently utilizing or were open to considering the service I offer. Rene responded, "NO THANK YOU, BYE!" and aggressively hung up the phone. She forgot that she was speaking to a person on the other line, she forgot that this is what comes with the territory, she forgot that even though they may not be needing my services now, they may need them in the future. She didn't even take into consideration that I may service some of her very own suppliers. When I called back to express to her how I felt about her actions she said, "OH WELL!" and aggressively hung up again. A lot of sad people here. Google reviews is for busines to customer relations. Not a place for you to vent. So what, they do not want to consider you to contract work, that is not their problem. That is your problem. They day they do not honor one of my warranty requests will be the day I change my mind and review about Applied Avionics.

We had a damaged Panel Punch and needed a replacement. Everyone I spoke with at Applied Avionics was very helpful and professional. Craig took my info and even though the part we needed was obscure, Craig researched it and got back with us in very short order. Thank you Craig, and thank you everyone at Applied Avionics!!! Your customer support is AWESOME!!!
