Apple Nails

Guys I like this place, I really do. I’ve been going here for about 5 years. Some nail techs are better than others but I’ve never had a set as bad as the most recent one. Every single nail chipped within days, some I opted to cut down because so much of the SNS finishing/polish had come off.

This Apple Nails (Not related with the one in Versailles. Different owner.) Is by far the best nail salon. Jason and many other techs are exceptional. Never a bad experience. Bill the owner makes sure the salon is clean and the equipment is sterile. I’m so thankful to have such a great salon to go to with great people.

They have wonderful customer service. Their nail artists are very friendly and kind. They started us off with asking if we wanted a complimentary drink, which was very sweet because not many places do that. They helped my mom figure out the massage chair and were very attentive to us both. I love how clean they kept the nail shop, and very good with covid-19 regulations.

i was going there once a month for a year and traveling over and hour for the service because they used to do a fabulous job but today I scheduled a appointment for a full set white tip almond shape and a pedicure I get in immediately for the nails and they wasn’t white this and they’re round look all different shapes horrible looking I had to get them fixed else where. And they’re round look forgot I had scheduled an appointment and couldn’t get me straight back for my pedicure I left pretty upset. Won’t be going back saves me a hour trip anyways. Could have gotten that horrible of a service locally and saved gas. Not to mention they made me pay 70!

DO NOT GO HERE. I literally got my nails done a week ago and within a day or two they started cracking, not to mention the gel was super bumpy when I left but it didn’t bother me too bad. I called yesterday after my first nail broke(that is now so weak I can barely touch it) and they took my name and number down, and surprise no call. Today as I was picking up a BAG my other nail broke off taking half of my real nail with it. I called AGAIN asking for a refund for my $70 nails that are garbage. They told me that it must be from me and what I do(im a nanny of 1 baby) and they can’t give me a refund. Not only that, the manager was EXTREMELY rude. This place is ridiculous and no one should give their money to them.
