Apple Nail Spa

I'm so unhappy with my experience here. When I quietly told the man I was not happy with how my nails were looking and wanted them fixed. The other techs surrounded me telling me that's how they are supposed to look and that he can just put another dip coat on top to cover the missing spots. That would have been the 5th layer. I said no, I want him to take it off. He grabbed my hand and stared filing angrily. He had already hurt me before I said I wasn't happy. With the other techs surrounding me I was incredibly uncomfortable and said I just wanted to leave.

I've been going here for some years now, customer is very nice! I love the upgrades they've done to the salon! I'd like to see more hand washing before treatment of eye care lashes and brows. Although service is swift the money spent shouldn't be wasted I'd like to see my nails/polish make it before the week is out. Nails done Wednesday today is Saturday 3 days later my nails look a month old. This doesn't mean I won't return but hoping the review would implement a positive impact on service going forward. 😘

10/10!!! Everytime I come in i’m always greeted, and automatically sat down. Doesn’t take long, very friendly, and the outcome EATS! every single time! 100/100 Definitely recommend!! Lee & Wendy is my favorite! 😊

Lee is my favorite. He always takes his time and does a great job on my nails. I never have to wait too long and they’re all very sweet.
