Denise is the best!!!! I got my bridal nails and toes done with her and she is the kindest and most fun gal ever! Great atmosphere and the staff really seem to enjoy one another and their jobs. Would absolutely recommend.

I went to Autumn for about 4 years, maybe 5. The last couple of appointments I got a really bad vibe from her. My last appointment she decided NOT to cut my hair as I have always had her do it. Stacked in the back and longer in front, a wedge. Instead she gave me a Blunt "dutch boy" haircut. It looks awful. As I was getting out of her chair she said, " I didn't stack it this time". I think it was because she sees my FB page and didn't like my politics. I felt it the appointment before, I should have listened to my gut and found someone else. Autumn has cut my hair for a very long time. Initially I had very short hair and she did a wonderful job. Then about 2 years ago I wanted to grow it out. Wow did she ever do an awesome job! She can cut hair of any length and does a wonderful job. She is great.

I just came across these reviews and specifically, Susie Melchert’s review includes some false information that I must point out unfortunately. Autumn may or may not have cut her hair the way she wanted, but in general Autumn is a Republican just like Susie. She is far from political and prizes herself on the good energy and vibes she brings to work and her clients everyday-THAT is her thing. Sounds like Susie is projecting some and upset, but this could have easily been communicated directly instead of stating it here. Susie posted this 3 months after seeing Autumn, and if she has gone to her consistently for 4 or 5 years, she must have been happy. Autumn does great work and she will ALWAYS work with her clients to ensure they are happy and pleased.
