I LOVE Appalachian Wellness! Angel is extremely knowledgeable and keeps herself educated. I appreciate the fact that she talks me through what's going on and makes suggestions about what I can do to improve my situation, whether it be by stretches, breathing techniques or even food. I enjoy it so much that I book a session a month for a year at a time! Her new place is beautiful and always changing. Do yourself a favor and check her and her crew out!
