I was looking for a hair salon that would help me go from natural jet black hair to light with a specific look in mind. I hadn’t colored my hair in 6 years and past blond experiences and the cost of going light left me scarred. I did my research and it led me here and I couldn’t be happier, From the experience, the results and the cost. I started out by having a consult, the stylist was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through my vision while keeping the integrity of my hair in mind. After my consultation I left confident in my choice of salon and stylist. During the actual appointment we revisited our original options and she communicated with me throughout the entire process. I love that I felt heard on what I wanted and she educated me on what would be the best way to achieve

Sammi gave me my Princess Diaries makeover moment! My hair was so long and dead and she did not make me feel bad or uncomfortable about it and she did not complain at all. She worked magic on my hair, listened to my vision and it came out better than I could expect. I love the set up of Apothecary. It's so comforting and I loved being able to talk to the other ladies as we got our hair colored. As a socially anxious person, all the ladies at Apothecary made me feel at ease. 10000/10.

I have been going to the Apothecary Hair Lounge since early 2019 and see the owner Erin, who is a Master Stylist & and colorist. I really can not express how wonderful, professional, and amazing her salon and services are. My hair has gone through such a journey and couldn't be happier with the results. From my goal of being a platinum blonde to having a beautiful muted gray with slight pinks and purples and now back to a gorgeous brown. If you are looking for a local salon, a small businesswoman to support you will not be disappointed and the quality and service you receive. Below, I have posted photos of my hair transformation. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to. They listen to what you want and ask questions to make sure they understand. My stylist is Emily but Tamaryn is also excellent. I have deep brown hair naturally that gets “hot” when bleached. I have been sporting an ashy platinum blonde for a few years now and this is the most natural my hair has ever looked. Mistakes were made by a previous stylist (and me during pandemic self-coloring) and Emily has been working to correct in a natural and safe way. My hair is now healthier than it’s been in years and I’m so so so happy with the color and style. I won’t go anywhere else. I love it’s also an eco-friendly salon. It has reasonable prices for the quality of treatment you get but it’s not Supercuts so it can get pricey depending on what you need done.
