I had my nails done by Alina at Apika Beauty Studio and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and super detail oriented. I showed her pictures of a design I liked, and she delivered even better than I expected. My nails look clean, polished, and exactly the shape I asked for. Her attitude is friendly and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. If you’re looking for someone who cares about quality and gives you exactly what you describe, I strongly recommend Alina. I have been a client for about a year. I have witness a big decline in this salon. The atmosphere amongst the people who work there feels negative and hostile. The owner is seldom there and never have I seen her style, cut or even blow dry anywhere’s hair. I wanted to get a haircut when she was there and she gave me a phone number to make an appointment with a hairstylist that rents space there. I have seen multiple manicurists come and go in a year. This rental space for entrepreneurs is being described as a salon. Although I understand that we live in a diverse community here in Florida, professionalism and clear communication are essential in any business setting. When I entered the salon, I was initially greeted and asked how they could assist me. I requested a pedicure and soak-off service. However, it appeared that the employee assisting me struggled to understand my request, and her client had to translate, which disrupted the flow of communication.
