HORRIBLE SERVICE! MY MOMS HAIR WAS RE-DONE 3 TIMES AND THIS IS WHAT THEY LEFT HER WITH. SHE CAME HOME CRYING OF FRUSTRATION BC THEY LEFT HER WITH A SIDE PONYTAIL AND HALF STIFF CURLS/ HALF TANGLED CURLS! SHE ASKED THE STYLIST IF SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO RECREATE THE HAIR BEFOREHAND AND WAS TOLD YES! BTW THIS IS FOR MY SISTERS WEDDING DAY! THE “LADY IN CHARGE” WAS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MOCKED ME! ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD ON THE OWNER BC THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND SHES IN TEXAS WHEN THERE IS CUSTOMER ISSUES APPARENTLY. ALSO THE STYLIST DENIED DOING MY MOMS HAIR WHEN CONFRONTED ! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

After coming here for the second time and getting my wedding hair done by Rosita, my expectations and experience changed to a lovely one. I love how my hair, veil, and crown looked, thanks to Rosita and her other workers who helped me put on my veil and crown. My hair looked nice and lasted the entire day. I would recommend coming here for any beauty needs. I even came back a third time for a trim after my wedding day. They were all nice and kind, as long as you treated them with respect and kindness. They open up to you, and coming with a positive attitude can make for a complete and enjoyable experience. I had the best experience at the salon. I believe Lisette did my hair style and makeup for a wedding I was attending that evening - she was quick, professional, and did an amazing job! I got a lot of compliments on my hair, especially, which lasted all night with no issues. I would definitely come back, especially for hair services.

They ruined my mom’s hair and are now denying doing it. A hairstylist that mocks their customers when shown proof of the bad quality is not someone you want to trust when doing your hair.
