Antoinet Hair Braiding

I called to ask for a hairstyle regular braids with curly twist added to the braids as that’s the new style now and the woman sat there listening to what I was asking to be done going “ah huh” and I’m like okay….do you have any availability—because she clearly sounds uninterested in my request; and she finally replies NO WE DONT. Wow……she didn’t even ask what day was I looking to book or when i would like to come in, she just dismissed me. Poor business skills and horrible customer service. Then I look at other reviews and there are other similar complaints about professionalism and I see why. They even respond back to reviews in a nasty way. Well let me be clear, I will be calling the Health Department on this establishment as I’m positive they have a very unsanitary environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this establishment. The staff came across as rude and seemed more focused on making a profit than providing quality service. Unfortunately, their hair styling skills were subpar, and to make matters worse, I overheard them speaking about me in a disrespectful manner. I would not recommend this place to others and suggest seeking alternative options to avoid wasting time and money.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Me and my homegirl walked in there with an appointment set !!!!!! Yes , we had a cup with a drink in our hand & we were very polite & excited to get our hair done ! My friend asked nicely to get her braids not done too tight but explained she was not tender headed … she then said she was not doing her hair because she was scared & did not want to risk it. My friend then explained she just wanted 4 braid and explained she did not want them done too tight , she still proceeded to not want to braid her hair & also made a comment about us waiting outside for our ride. They where very unprofessional and rude ! I told them they were completely unprofessional & I Would be writing a review. . They did not care. And still asked us to leave. Making us very uncomfortabl

This was my first time in this salon. The ladies at the hair salon did a very good job on my hair and I just showed them a picture of the braids i wanted to get. They were on time too so immediately I walked in for my appointment, I was seated in the big chair to get my hair done. The shop was neat and they wore masks because of COVID-19. I was very impressed with the results of their work; I’m getting a lot of compliments at work on my hair. Will definitely recommend them, already gave my coworker their information. The only negative I would say is them speaking loudly over your head in another language you don’t know if they’re talking about you, and the baby people mentioned in other reviews was there but didn’t bother me. But other than that, positive experience plus the price was fair

I came a few mins early and I walked in and was greeted nicely and asked who I was.I was asked how I wanted my hair braided.I was put in chair right away.My hair was done quickly and I love it. I expected to be there for hours I was not my hair was done fast and I was on my way.This was my first time and I will go back. This salon was recommended by my daughter.Great work I love my style.
