I truly hate leaving a negative review for a place I have gone to on and off for many many years, and until recently not felt like an invited client. I don’t get my nails done often as I wear gloves daily working in the medical field. However I have in the last two months gone every 2.5 weeks (which was absolutely necessary to even wait that long and not go sooner then the 2.5 weeks as my nails were breaking down quickly… another thing I found odd) I went in on a Saturday late afternoon as a walk in for a an acrylic fill (since when is a fill almost 60 bucks) I was greeted then taken care of by a very sweet young girl who did a pretty decent job… however she had her boss giving her a hard time as she was doing my nails to the point that her hands were shaking. I walked in anxious from so many bad nail techs. To the point I removed my nails for the first time in 35 years! Yes I have had nails for 35 years. My husband of 18 years has seen my natural nails once for one day. I went almost a month with stubbies! Until I had to have them done as I felt naked. When I walked in I explained my fears before I signed in, that I had aniexty and was extremely nervous to have my nails done as they were thin and damaged from last nail techs. The owner walked over and explained she also had aniexty and assured mei would be a customer for life and she would get the best people for me. Well she did! Not only did she check on me 100000 times (I think everyone thought I was famous lol). We came up with a plan to fix my toe nails that were destroyed and I’m confide

This was my favorite Anthony Vince location. I took my daughters (10yo,15yo) to get a mani and pedi for the first time on 2/7/26. We came at around 4pm and were seen after a short wait. After paying I noticed that one of the nail techs cut my youngest daughter’s cuticle too far back and it caused her finger to bleed. When I attempted to have a conversation with the manager about it, he rudely apologized and was very dismissive. I got my kids in the car and attempted to have the conversation again. I told him I appreciated the apology, but didn’t understand why I wasn’t told about the injury before we left. He asked “ What do you want?” I think maybe he thought I wanted a refund, but my main issue was that my daughter’s finger was injured and I only found out because I asked my daughter

This is my ONLY salon!!! I have been coming here for yeaarsss and I always have an amazing experience.Everyone is always welcoming and accommodating and Gina always gets my nails perfect looking fabulous. Had to do a review specifically for these nails because she quite literally- Nailed it.

The manager is unprofessional and does not take pride in customer service. I went there and received a full set with a V French tip. The young lady who performed the service on my nails was very nice sweetheart, and very new. The service took a little bit longer than expected, (2.5 hours)and I was running late for an appointment with my daughter, but that’s not my complaint. The V French tip was thick and uneven but did not have the time for her to correct it so I left I came back the next Morning to see if they can just remove the white V French and leave the Nail the natural color underneath. The gentleman who was also the manager who can clearly see that the polish design was too thick and uneven. And instead of allowing her to fix the service and gain a customer, he wanted to charge me
