I’ve been a loyal customer here for over five years and appreciate how convenient and nice this salon is. However, it’s concerning that technicians don’t wear gloves and tools are reused without opening clean or sealed packaging in front of customers. These are basic hygiene standards that shouldn’t be overlooked. With so many new nail salons available, cleanliness and safety should be a top priority. I hope this feedback helps.

This the first nail shop I went to since moving to San Antonio, TX and the only nail shop I will be going to. What I can say is that every nail technician has the same quality when it comes to nails. There is no second guessing on who does the best job. I love it and it doesn’t feel like I’m being moved through like cattle from experiences I’ve had with trying new nail shops. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent pedicure. The technician was so rough that she caused my big toe to bleed. Not only was the pedicure of poor quality overall, but when I informed the manager that my toe was literally bleeding, his response was simply, “Okay, I’ll take $10 off.” I’ve been a regular customer here, but this experience showed a complete lack of care and empathy. You’ve lost a loyal client—not because of the mistake, but because of how it was handled.

Julie is the BEST pedicure nail tech!! I always go with her because she’s kind and thoughtful, but still enourages me to try new colors/styles. Even if I think I won’t like something, like chrome on french tips, she executes it so well that I can’t help but love it. Shoutout to her and the amazing staff 🤍🫶🏼
