Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa

At first glance the store is beautiful, without a doubt. Services are a different story. Should have looked at the reviews before walking in. From desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. They asked what services I would like and was told about 10-15 min wait for my builder gel fill and design. Filing down my nails was fine, but her builder gel application was not it. They turned out very bulky and weren’t shaped after. The design was done to the best of their ability but was also very rushed. Usually a big fan of Anthony Vince Nail Spas, but this location was lacking.

The worst place to get a pedicure at. They are absolute butchers. In the photo you will see only one of the 3 cuts that happened. If you want to relax and feel at peace look elsewhere

Another Awesome experience today with Gel X by Stacey. Great customer service, Communication, Extremely Friendly and Skilled. I am very happy with the services at AVN! Oh and can’t forget to mention Robert! He treats you like family or a BFF every time !

Terrible experience and customer service. I came in today on holiday with my mom, we both got a pedicure. The Linda did a rush job, smeared my polish, didn’t fix it, another lady fixed it, then told me to be careful as if I smeared it from the beginning. Next I asked for the complimentary drink as it was not offered to me but was to the people next to me. Once I received the drink I noticed lip gloss lip on the rim. I made Kevin aware he said it was air! Air! So then he brings Big Robert over to tell me it was air again, please don’t insult my intelligence. It was clearly lip gloss, the they smear it… unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of that, but they really argued me down about lip gloss on a dollar tree wine flute. I had my old nails removed and a full set done. Ken was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to remove my nails without hurting me and did a great job at giving me a full set. His personality was warm and friendly
