If I could rate this a zero, I would. Decided to treat myself to a more expensive pedicure for vacation. I have always received great pedicures from AV. The next day, I noticed that my nail polish was entirely too thick and the first layer didn’t cure properly which resulted in my nails chipping and smudging. Left for my vacation— which was out of the country— the next day and didn’t return until the following week. I reached out to customer service as soon aa I landed in the states and was told that because I didn’t reach out immediately, all sales are final within 7 days. How the heck was I supposed to reach out when I was out of the country and had limited services/no WiFi? This picture was taken just a few days after my pedicure. This place is amazing! The check in experience was great and everyone so nice. One of the biggest nail salons I have seen, but it is very relaxing, calming music, a full bar and tons of great services offered. 10/10, 5 stars!

My daughter and myself went to go get nails and a pedicure for our upcoming vacation. Her tech did an amazing job. I don’t like to write reviews or complain but I feel I had to on this specific visit. My tech was a man he did a good job and was very friendly. When doing my nails cut me and put something on it to stop the bleeding. It didn’t hurt too bad and the bleeding stopped pretty quick. When he did my pedicure it was a different story. He was rushing really fast as it was approaching 7pm and he leaving by 8pm. He cut me on the left side of my toe really bad it hurt so bad my eyes started to water. He ran to another room to grad something to stop the bleeding and put it on it was very painful. He then proceeded and cut me on the left side of the same to that hurt just as bad. He put so

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice, and both times I have absolutely loved them. My nail tec was Halena, both times. She was so polite, and really worked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Though this salon can be a bit on the pricey side you definitely get what you pay for. I have been to multiple other salons, and nothing compares. The first time I went, it was during Christmas and I got the most adorable candy cane inspired set (acrylic gels). The second time was just before a vacation, also an acrylic gel set, with the sparkly red and gold. I loved them both so much, Halena did such an outstanding job! Worth it every time.

The salon itself is clean, huge, with alcohol options. The woman who did my nails unfortunately seemed rushed, and if I asked for a fix on my nails it seemed it upset her making her progressively mad through my nail experience. They’re really thick and bubbly. I tried this salon out because it was closer to my house, and I am actually pretty disappointed.
