On 12/14 I had a 12:15 PM appointment for a regular manicure and pedicure, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The technician who initially did my manicure (Kim) provided poor-quality work . The polish application was uneven and messy. When I went to the front desk to address my concerns, the response felt dismissive. Instead of immediately resolving the issue, I was told they needed to speak with the manager. At that point, I had already been there for over an hour and had other commitments. I was advised they could re do the service for me which would be time consuming. To avoid prolonging the process, I asked if they could upgrade my manicure to gel so the drying period wouldn’t have to be redone entirely. Zero stars. Will not be returning. The whole experience was supposed to be wonderful. But the nail tech was more about making money than giving me proper care. First, I requested builder gel on my natural nails, she said no we have to do tips I said fine because I had one broken nail. I explained I had limited funds, she said okay okay it’s fine…. She said they will last a month, I’m a week out all of them are lifting…. And one is broken and I am NOT HARD ON MY NAILS. Second: pedicure. There was zero massage… which is the whole reason we get pedis anyway. I said no lavender… I was busy on the phone and started to have itchy legs… lavender was used…. Third: I go to check out and it was 150.00 dollars!!!! Which girl is crazy for nails that didn’t last a week. Fourth: she told me to just pop

It has taken me a little while, but I finally found a fantastic place to get my nails done. I see Mai and she does an outstanding job on my hard gel nails. She is very particular, great at what she does and very fun to talk with! The place is very clean and I enjoy coming here. Great customer service. Bonus - you can have wine! 😁

I was in the area today and I really need it to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed so I decided to check out Anthony Vince because I was right next-door. I made an appointment the staff and the facility is really nice really clean very friendly no complaints about that. I do have two grade my experience based upon the result so I have to give it two stars because I did not like my manicure and my eyebrow result. Long story short I do not like confrontation or asking for something to get fixed because it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I just feel like if you are a professional, you should be able to do what the client wants by a show of picture especially when I picked outthe color from my nail right from the pallet that they had laid out for my manicure I had picked out the h

This place has the sweetest staff and the best service!! I got an acrylic full set and they came out beautiful, just like my reference photos. My tech was so attentive and the nails are thin and smooth with no lumps or chipping! My set was $77, and I also had my eyebrows waxed for $15 which I thought was very reasonable especially with the quality of the service.
