Called and they accommodated me without an appointment. Got a blow out by Tina and she did a more than amazing job . Very friendly staff. Very decent pricing. My hair is super curly and frizzy and usually people rush and my hair comes out crappy but I was more than happy with how it came out .

I called in asking about spiral perms and the receptionist gave an older woman who was so rude and hung up on me. All i did waz be kind and suggest the regular perm rods cause they do use them. She made excuses for not having the correct rods and said she's not going out to just buy rods for a spiral perm. She asked if my hair was long and I started to explain and she cut me off by saying how spiral perms are only for really long hair and my hair is past my bra line, She said spiral perms are tight and I said the 1 I want was a more loose curl. I literally started to tear up because I wanted to feel good again and have the works done. Have my hair colored and highlighted as well. She shot me down saying that using regular rods isn't a real spiral and said thank you for choosing us and jus
