I came in for autumn/halloween nails from BI. They came out so cute! I am in love. She took her time and made sure everything looked even and to my liking

I had a gel manicure a couple of days ago. The technician barely talked. It was a little uncomfortable. She also didn't push back my cuticles and didn't apply the polish to some of my nails over the whole nail. A couple weeks earlier I had a different technician and she did a better job but still not as good as what I've had in the past at other places.

Bi did an awesome job despite having to multitask working the shop alone. Great job as always ☺️💕

If I can give hero star I would! This place is sooo horrible they ask to pay before the service and they don’t even do what you ask for. I asked to get almond acrylics nails she asked to pay 65$ the shape and length was so much shorter than what I asked for I told her if there’s anyway she can fix it? She said she’ll have to restart so I told her to start over but she started being very rude and she was cutting my nail aggressively she start saying it looks fine but it looked so bad. So I walk out with my nails looking so bad & ugly.
