I Usually come here to cut my hair with a lady with blond curls I forgot her name. The day I needed a haircut, she wasn’t there so I decided to try a new lady. Got my hair cut last week and it came out choppy and extremely uneven. The worst part is that she rushed the cut which has a higher probability of having a bad outcome. If the employees or the boss which I never see here see this, please take your time with your clients. I am at a loss of words and I feel disappointed in the service I last received which is starting to make me consider looking for other barbers.

I brought my niece and daughter to get their hair trimmed. Straight trim across , I was specific on that! They finished with my daughter and was nothing but straight! It was some kind of round choppy cut, so I asked her to fix it straight.. she kept cutting and cutting and still left it looking horrible! She cut more than had to be cut! Now my niece said her stylist was rough with her and kept making bad comments on her hair thinking she didnt know Spanish. My niece had long bangs that she was letting grow out but when I turned around she was getting ready to cut her bangs! She didnt ask if I wanted bangs cut! I had to stop her! Secondly, they took it upon themselves to style their hair (straighten) and not ask me if I wanted their hair styled so that was an extra charge. They were having
