The people were great, and the atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. However, I had k-tip extensions installed, which were extremely expensive, and the experience ultimately did not meet my expectations. When I went to a different salon to have them removed, I was told the extensions had been done poorly. After removal, my hair was significantly thinner than it was before. The salon explained that the k-tips used were too thick and heavy, which caused tension and led to hair loss. Additionally, the color was not what I had requested, so I had to have my hair re-colored at another salon. Overall, I was very disappointed with the outcome, especially considering the high price I paid.

I don't want to be cruel but it was one of the worst experiences. -I went a day before for a free consultation, a very honest stylist, she gave me a color test and told me that the color I wanted was not going to be possible because my hair was very dark. Anyway I decided to do it! - The next day, the day of my appointment, another young woman (very kind btw) did a bad job on my hair, this is not about color intensity is but about technique, I ended up with 2 different tones. I expect these kinds of places to take responsibility, apologize, and ask to redo the work for free. because it was not what I asked for. I had to go on a trip and I had to run to another emergency hairdresser to have it tinted. The place is very nice but they are not color professionals, I would only recommend

Overpriced and poorly coordinated. Came here months ago for a cut and color, but was so traumatized by the bad cut I haven't gotten a haircut ANYWHERE since. Have just been growing it out. Color was fine and colorist was great - however scheduled my haircut (which I communicated beforehand was basically just a gloss) with an hour and a half between that and my hair cut. Clearly because of the bad planning, they dried my hair and straightened it before my cut (I have curly hair as well so this didn't make sense to me). My cut was the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. Paid no attention to the shape of my face and what would suit me well nor did it look anything like I requested. The cut was a dry cut which turned out terrible.
