Another Look Salon & Spa

I didnt even want to give this place a full star but i had to in order to leave a review. I spent 1 day for the last 3 weeks for at least 3 1/2 hours each time trying to get a silver platinum color or close to it. So why after spending a total of $345.00 my hair is purple and yellow. My hair was healthy and not color treated. It should not look like this after 9 hours of coloring. When the stylist asked me what i think i said. Its ugly. Its purple and yellow. This is not silver. But another stylist if thats what you want to call them made it her business to tell me i could of told her differently. No maam there is no other way to say the color is ugly and not what ive spent over $300 and 9 hours to acheive. They offered to do something else to it..i just spent 3 1/2 hour there after worki
