It was a great appointment. Charos was very gentle with my face and made sure I was very comfortable. She provided me with great knowledge on how to continue and strengthen my skin care routine. The facility is very clean and promotes wellness!

My esthetician, Valentina, was so great and I had such a calming experience. The receptionist, Ilda, was so sweet and helpful as well! She even made sure I knew the aftercare steps of my facial! It was great overall and definitely worth coming back again!

Got a last minute facial and wasn’t very impressed for how expensive it was. The treatment was not relaxing, even though I specifically told my technician that de-stress and glow were my main reasons for booking one. The massages of the neck, shoulders and head lasted 1 minute in total maybe. I wish they massaged us while we had a mask on. Instead, she left and I just sat in the room for 10 minutes with a mask. My face didn’t even feel that glowy afterwards. Waste of money. Disappointed

I have been going to this spa for a Brazilian for several years even before they moved to this néw location. Charos is phenomenal, professional, sweet and extremely efficient. Always makes you feel comfortable. Even though I moved to NJ, I still try to find the time to come see her. *painless wax, never double dips. I have been to many other high rated waxing locations. Even the original Brazilan wax place we all probably know about and has been around for years. Nothing compares (trust me). Charos will not disappoint.

The best customer service you will ever experience. I have been a customer since 2009. Charos does wonderful facials and waxing. This business represents true professionalism and skill. The spa is clean, (smells delightful) well maintained and the products are high quality. Thank you!
