Anointed Hands Massage and Pilates Studio

I had a wonderful experience with Erica. The massage room was quiet and peaceful, and the table was adjusted to the perfect temperature. Erica focused on my needed areas and checked throughout that the pressure was on target. Loved her hospitality and experience.

I've been going to Anointed Hands for pilates classes for about 4 months now. I love the small class format and the variety of the workouts, and Erica is a patient, attentive instructor. There are both beginner and intermediate classes available, which is great so you can learn the basics and get familiar with the machines and props if you've never done pilates before. I've also had a massage with Erica, and she was great at focusing on problem areas and providing a relaxing experience. She also offers infrared sauna (which I used and recommend!), cupping, and hot stones. I have another massage scheduled with her soon!

I have never had a more phenomenal massage EXPERIENCE in my life. Even when I've paid 3x the price. Erica was tremendous and I highly recommend Annointed Hands. The quality of the massage, heated bed, room, and facility is second to none. And that massage!!!

Erica is amazing. Her hands are truly anointed. She listened to my lifestyle demands and allowed her hands to work out the tension in my body. I left feeling light and ohhhh so relaxed. I’ll definitely be back.

Erica is such a wonderful teacher and human! So kind, approachable, informative and helpful! Today was my first time doing pilates ever and I went to one of her free “Pilates in the Park” classes at the Brown Deer Farmer’s Market. Earlier in the week she gave me a tour of her studio and spent 45 minutes chatting with me about pilates and more before informing me about the class today because she truly wants to make pilates available, accessible and approachable for everybody and EVERY body. I can’t wait to go back with friends :-) As someone who isn’t very fit and felt intimidated to even go, by the time it was over, I felt empowered, guided and cared for!
