Sonny is the best! My nails are stronger because he recommended dip to me and listened when I told him I don’t like my nails to look thick with dip. My natural nails are long and healthy. No need for tips or gel x. The receptionist is also always kind to me. I feel like a valued regular at Ann’s!!

Tina did my toes and Tom did my nails. They were fabulous! I felt so pampered and I am loving my first set of acrylics!

I’ve been three times already and these nails are so cute. They always last a while and stay looking nice. My sister did have male tech this time and he was rude and rough with her and told her what he was going to do instead of what she asked for.

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for almost a year now and every experience has been hit or miss. I feel like I get less customer service if I make an appointment rather than if I walk in - which I thought making an appointment would be more helpful for staffing. Check in usually feels very awkward and rushed between the virtual check in and check in with the receptionist. I am always prepared with a photo reference for what I want as I have severe anxiety and decisions can be hard for me. I am usually asked at the desk to show them several more times through the appointment - which is fine except, I still am having to ask for corrections at the end of the service. I love it here. I’ve been going here for a while since they opened the owners are really nice too. The pricing is consistent. They never try to overprice or make up a price on the spot. Everyone is very friendly and professional and it’s really nice and clean in there very modern. Lots of light comes in because of the glass windows a lot of pretty chandeliers.
