Ann's Nails

Absolutely disgusting! Around 2 PM, an elderly man approached me & my wife to tell us that he had dropped his wife off at a nail salon in Prairieville, but that he had amnesia and couldn't remember which one it was. On top of that, his elderly wife wasn't answering her phone. So, my wife called Ann's Nails, to ask if the woman (by name) was there possibly waiting for her husband to pick her up. Before my wife could finish her sentence, the woman on the phone abruptly hung up! On that note, we were able to call around & locate the man's wife, but Ann's Nails in Prairieville was the only shop to immediately hang up and not show any compassion or customer service. Absolutely horrendous and disgusting behaviour for absolutely no reason. Ann's Nails 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 have the day you deserve

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Came in for a pedicure and a new full set of dip. My pedicure was fine but they made me sit through my whole pedicure with my hands soaking in a bowl of watered down acetone. I tried telling them it’s not coming off and they IGNORED me. Then I told her I’m not sure if I have dip or acrylic on my nails and she’s making it known to everyone how annoyed she is. She’s rushing hurting me while pulling the acrylics off my nails and BREAKING my real nails while doing so. Then tells me to pick a color but has an attitude and SNATCHES my hand. I told her I will go somewhere else and left like this cause I just couldn’t take anymore of her rudeness. I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE HERE AGAIN. I love my nails and have been going here for a while. The guy that did my gel nails did them great this time. Have to show everyone how pretty.

My nails look absolutely perfect!!! and my nail tech was amazing….everyone was friendly and I was in and out in no time at all!

They are open on Sunday which is not very common, and for that I gave it an extra star. It’s been about a week and my nails are perfect and intact. Only complaint I have is the guy who did my nails filed really hard and it hurt for a few days…. Other than that, it was great.
