I’ve been going to Ann’s for almost 20 years 😩😭they always have all of thee exclusive glow acrylics, charms, gel polishes, etc. Atmosphere most definitely gives bad and bougie without the ultra high prices!

The environment was super clean & it was quiet. But my nail tech, she was all that! She was so nice and she did my nails great! Will definitely be going back.

I’m disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I walked into the salon before several other customers who also did not have appointments. Despite arriving first, I noticed that the individuals who came in after me were taken before I was. After waiting and seeing others get started, I politely asked the front desk what the approximate wait time would be for me. The response I received was, “I don’t know, they all just got started,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to provide clarity, manage expectations, or acknowledge that I had been waiting longer than others. I understand that walk-ins can sometimes create scheduling challenges, but basic communication and fairness go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel overlooked and undervalued

I’ve been going to Ann’s Nails for over 15yrs Hands, Feet, and Strip lashes. All the personnel is Very professional, and the newly renovated shop is beautiful, Crystal chandeliers, marble floors, modern equipment just fabulous. THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN PHILLY.💅

The wait was kinda long but we'll work it they did my mail feet and eyebrows perfectly the shop is beautifully decorated and the staff were mainly friendly
