Convenience store experience with couture wallet expectations. I know Ann's knows they have a major competitor that is busting them upside the head on all figures: inventory, customer satisfaction, rewards programs, and CUSTOMER loyalty. Why they choose to tolerate nonchalant behavior is beyond me. Ann's, we don't shop here out for nohing but wanting to see you prosper. Your prices aren't cheaper and you're no less convenient than shopping online or the nearest retailer while you have less variety. You're a staple here, step it back up.

I was visiting several beauty stores on this day in an attempt to find a product that was mysteriously out of stock everywhere. Until I visited this store which I pass often, but never check out. My product was in stock at a great price and the staff was very friendly.

Literally locked the doors 5 minutes early as I was walking to the door with a child on my hip smh

They have a beautiful store, just know everybody don't steal 🤔 but otherwise I 🤩🤩🤩 it (convenient & keep what I like) 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🤑💰

Nice store, great selection. Decently, priced. Nice workers. Everything a beauty supply store should be. Please continue to keep your store neat, clean and not over crowded. It's nice to walk around and not feel crammed. Also nice lighting not dim or dark like some stores. I live in SC and have driven several times to this store.
