Annie's Nails

Very poor quality pedicure 😕 the nails were filed unevenly, and now the sharp edges dig into my skin. The polish was applied crookedly, and the foot peeling was done carelessly, so I had to finish the work myself at home, even though I paid for it at the salon. I even left a tip out of politeness, but as a client, I have neither the desire nor the reason to return to a place where there’s no skill. On the bright side — only the massage chair 😁 I’ll be looking for another salon…

Incredibly rude customer service, I'm a customer, and the receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude when I simply asked if there was a company website to visit. Was just genuinely curious because I noticed there is none listed on Google Maps. They blocked my number simply for calling to politely ask if the company has a website? Actually insane. Never experienced this level of disrespect for an otherwise simple phone call. They will get your nails done, but it's clear the business operates on low standards of courtesy and customer esteem. Ridiculous. I suppose the company has no websiteexperience..ine and all, but why did this question merit such disrespectful behaviour from the front desk? That individual has no business attending phone calls if they'll be putting their emotions above

I will never get a soak off here again. They hardly talk to you and they didn’t let me know my wait time when I got there. When I got finished w my soak off the lady just left me (to go do the next persons nails) standing at the register to pay and not one person said anything until I said “who’s gonna take my payment?” And they came after 5 minutes. Besides the horrible customer service my nails look HORRIBLE. 2/10!!!! 2 points for how close it but DO NOT COME HERE! She also drilled off the girl next to me set with the same tip she did mine without disinfecting it! They’re not clean and not professional!

I just randomly decided to come here cause it was close to my job and because the reviews seemed pretty good and I’m so glad I did! I was paired with tony and omg he was too funny and did such a great job on my nails! Love it definitely coming came back and requesting tony lol!

I asked for dip powder and then it was covered with (black gel). The girl at the front tried to shape them for me before I left and gave me a $5 off for next time. I had an appointment so I left, but had to come back because less than 2 hours most of the black colored nails had lifted and or chipped. They filed off and redid the black dip and by that night one of the nails already chipped off. I was refunded half the money when I called to let them know what happened. The only way to get a full refund is to go back and soak off all the my nails color in acetone. I took half the refund because I was headed to a wedding and my fingers are sore from all the filing and refiling on my real nails not acrylic.
