Annie's Nail Spa

Went in excited to get a relaxing pedicure & be pampered, but instead was in a lot of pain. The nail tech kept trying to pick and pull all the skin off around my nails. At one point I had to pull my foot away and say ow that hurts & she just kept trying to pull on it. She made 3 of my toes bleed & said she was sorry. I tried to let it go & convince myself that it wasn’t that bad, but when I got home and took a bath my toes were burning and I looked them over and felt pretty upset seeing the skin on the sides looking like that. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else & think they should be more careful & not try to pull skin off of peoples toes.

Hand painted, absolutely gorgeous every single time! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and haven’t been disappointed yet! Logan and the rest of the nail techs are the best in town!

Especially today, I want to leave a positive review. I made Decatur my home 8 years ago and have visited 4 different places for nails, and have only kept going back to Annie’s. I appreciate their thorough attention to detail and helping me select colors close to the photo of what I’d like. I have seen impatient people walk in and wait on a Saturday or Sunday for less than 30, minutes when every chair is full, expecting to be seen right away. You are always greeted immediately and staff try to provide efficient services in a timely manner. If you come in on a weekend, check the busy times on Google! I’ve never waited more than 40 minutes and I often show up during the busiest times on weekends.

They made her nails look amazing. Will be taking her back. Gonna get her a pedicure next time to match the fingers

I’m usually a walk-in here and have had good results. I’ve seen reviews and heard people talk about Kevin and Andy, but I gotta say Chloe can slay!!! In fact going forward I’m probably gonna go from walk-in to appointments cause her work was so awesome! I hate how boxey square nails are and coffin shape is too dramatic. I like some angling, just to take the boxiness off. When I told Chloe, she immediately understood and delivered! Also, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She looked at it for maybe a few seconds, and went straight to work. Never needing to look at the photo or anything again for reference. Just knew! Chloe’s work is AWESOME! So if Kevin or Andy are booked up, or want to try another person at Annie’s, go to Chloe.
