I recently received a 90-minute massage from Annie; and out of all of the wonderful massages I've had in my life, this was the best. It was the first time I didn't have to tell a massage therapist where some of my problem areas are, as Annie 'read' my body perfectly, easily finding all of my pain points. The majority of the session was deeply relaxing – so relaxing that I had colorful visualizations, like I do in some sound baths. But the combination of her massage work and energy healing was also extremely cathartic, as I had hoped. I released some deep, pent-up emotions at one stage and left feeling lighter and more healed. Annie is truly amazing, both as a body worker and as a person. I have felt incredibly safe and cared for in my sessions with her. They go beyond traditional massage, as she really molds the care based on what my body is calling for, bringing in energy work, sound therapy and other modalities when appropriate. Her kindness and compassion as I move through stuck emotions on the table has been a gift. My lymphatic system and general wellbeing has noticeably improved since I've started receiving regular work from Annie. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Annie is soooooo amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming energy that just makes you feel so comfortable. The rhythm that she had while doing my massage made me want her to never stop.
