Annie African Hair Braiding

I scheduled an appointment for 12 noon. This was my first and last time ever going there. When I got there I introduced myself and I believe it was Annie who was the only one who greeted me with a smile.. I waited an hour while some young girl was in my head greasing my scalp and straightening my hair, before I realized Annie started to braid my hair. I basically waited an hour until she got finished doing someone else's hair. I had told her I wanted a bob with knot less braids, and that I don't like long hair but I want it to my shoulders but long enough to put up in a ponytail. To make a long story short I was told that it would take 5 hours to braid my hair it took 8 hours total. There were at least 6 other ladies in my hair helping with the braiding. I will never go there again. I only had these braids in 10 days. They are handing in the front. The braids are all different sizes. A terrible job

I called and made an appointment for 10am with Annie. When I arrived she was doing someone else's hair. She convinced me to have Antoinette do my hair. I waited another hour and a half for Antoinette to arrive. She took 8 hours to braid my hair. She didn't do the style I wanted. She braided my edges so tight I had bumps on my edges. Two days later most of the middle part of my hair had slipped out. They where literally hanging on by a couple strands of hair in the front. The back had larger braids and she rushed through the top because that was towards the end. I paid $200 plus $30 tip. I contacted Annie in person and by phone. She offered no refund, no apology, and no agreeable solution. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. They're unprofessional, overpriced, and not good work!

Please do not waste your time nor money. I paid $150 dollars for box braids....the woman (sits near the bathroom) said she could grab sort hair, mind you I went in there the weekend prior to my appointment, she physically touched my hair and said no problem, I can do it. She took forever to braid it, took a plethora of breaks to eat, and rest and I sat in that chair for 9 long hours, in addition, not within a couple of days the braids started to fall out. I called the shop spoke with the shop owner who had the audacity to tell me " your hair is short" I explained to her this is not knowledge to me I understand the length of my hair, however, she told me from her mouth that she could grab it. In addition, I went back several times to have them redeem themselves and fix it. Never again! Look

Ask for Knotless braids, but apparently the young lady who did my hair did not know how to do Knotless! Also showed them the hair length that I wanted. Kept telling her that she was making them too long, but I ended up looking like Rapunzel! The young lady was by herself and don't think she spoke Englishthat well!
