Anna’s wellness spa

This is a gem of a find!! I just moved to the Berkeley Hills and decided to take a chance on this massage place—and I’m so glad I did! It’s honestly been one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with upper back pain, and after just two sessions, I feel a noticeable difference. Not only has the pain improved, but I also feel so much more relaxed overall. The staff are warm and professional, the space is clean and calming, and the massages are incredibly effective—and all at a very reasonable price. This was my second visit, and I can confidently say this will be my regular go-to spot. Highly recommend!

I didn't have a great experience there. The pricing is a bit deceptive: Low massage price, but expectation of a 30, 40 or 50% tip! My provider was standing over my pointing out the 50% tip to choose and was demonstratively unhappy when I chose differently! AWKWARD! The massage was NOT A+. Seemed to be a language barrier there...despite letting person know I needed less pressure a few times, the adjustment wasn't made. Asked for a woman and got a man. Uncomfortable on a few levels!

I found one masseuse that was good (the others were horrible) but they were never available and appointments were either canceled at the very last minute (I’m talking less than 20 minutes before, when you are already packed and dressed and left your door!!!) or you had to wait a long time once you were there. They don't honor appointments so you basically can only use this place as a drop in and hope you get lucky with the very few masseuses they have (I only ever saw three). Voicing concerns to the owner doesn't do anything. I got ignored for weeks. Im not surprised that it’s always near empty. They even played fast music once and when i mentioned it nothing was done. So much for relaxation. I took my business elsewhere. It makes me really sad because this place was close to my house, but

Very happy to have popped into this gem of a massage spot on a whim. The massage felt great & relieved my neck pain. It’s a no frills, well priced, clean walk-in massage spa. I’ll definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my massage. Especially for the price. I am definitely going to go back on a regular basis. One of the deepest massages I’ve ever had
