Anna's Nails

I do not recommend this nail salon. I have been a couple of times and both times I was not very happy with the outcome. The first time I went they did what I asked them to do it was just messy which was upsetting. The nails lasted about 2 and a half weeks before they started lifting and my hair was getting stuck under it and eventually 2 of them fell off. When I went back the second time it was terrible. I asked for french tip chrome, which I thought was simple enough. When I was getting my original nails drilled off the women was so aggressive and at one point she got my finger and I had to pull it away because it hurt so bad and it bled a little bit. She continued to be aggressive when doing my nails and did a very poor job. When she was done with the prep and started to actually work on

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could leave no stars i would. They REFUSED to soak off my already existing dip only filed off the gel designs. I questioned them why they did that and they tried to tell me it was acrylic??? I assured them it was not i know what i get. Then she argued that they always do this to help my nails grow and to save money? I gave up and said “ok but they better not be thick” The lady i booked with is the owner i did this thinking it would be the best tech but i was wrong. My nails are still SO thick even after arguing that they needed to file them down more. None are the same shape, length or thickness. There are clear spots and she left color all over my fingers. If you’re not a regular they don’t care.

I go here every time I want to get my toes done and they’re great, don’t get me wrong. When I want to get my nails off, it’s usually never a problem until today. I was told to sit with Anna and when she started to take my nails off, I noticed she didn’t even soak them. She just began to pull them off. Wasn’t a horrible problem until she broke my nail bed in two. She glued it together and sent me on my way. I told her I’ve had them soaked off before and it was never a problem but she made sure I knew since it was Gel X and I DID NOT get them done there, they couldn’t be soaked.

i have been to just about every nail salon in our area by now and i wasn’t expecting much but im beyond excited to have found this place! Lucy was so sweet! She was very very fast which i appreciate as a busy girl but her quality and attention to detail was incredible! this picture doesn’t even do justice to how beautiful these nails are! Thank you lucy and anna’s nails staff for being kind and amazing <3

First time getting my nails done at Anna’s and they turned out gorgeous! The ladies were super sweet, and the place was very clean - will definitely be back!
