These people are not professional. They do your nails as if they don’t care how it looks after. I hate my nail. I could do a better job!!

Amazing job! I got acrylic & my niece got a gel manicure & we were both thrilled! The people that work there are ALL VERY nice too! As I always mention in my reviews when relevant, going here supports a small, local, female & minority owned business. Thank you so much!

I was not satisfied with my service. I asked the nail tech if she could duplicate the picture, she assured me multiple times that she could. I was not expecting my nails to be identical to the picture, but my nails are nowhere close. Then the nail tech tried to charge me 100. After some deliberation between me, another worker and her she "gave me a discount" and I only paid 80. It was still more than what they are worth. If you enjoy poor quality and high prices then go to Anna's

I went in there for a Gel Pedicure, the nail technician wasn’t paying attention. She was having a conversation and I told her PLENTY times what I wanted. I was told that I was charged on $20 because I didn’t get color due to the technician not paying attention. I told her to take the color off my nails, the owner didn’t even give me my money back. The original price was $26. They didn’t even care that I wasn’t satisfied and that I was FORCED to spend money on something I didn’t want.

I had gotten my eyelashes done by Lynne, who did an awful job and gave very bad customer service. The lashes were noticeably different with the right side with the glue having the hair stick together. It didn't look natural which I tried to telling her that but she just refused to fix the issue even though I had already paid with her stating it was good to her. I left the shop with her assurance but many people told me it was done poorly. I had to give myself bangs to hide the imperfections. It didn't last even past 4 days before the lash extensions started falling out all over the place. It was a hot mess!
