Ms Anna very nice and sweet Lady. Helpful and offered me discount for not having the color I wanted. Treated me with respect. Didn't follow me all over the store. Will make the drive again from Crestview to Fort Walton Beach to shop with Ms. Anna.

I love the variety of products at this store. While the store is geared toward more ethnicity (as I’m sure was its purpose) I kinda wish it had some products for Caucasian women. But there are most likely a multitude of shops out there geared toward Caucasian women only the prices seem a lot better at Anna”s . Still they have a great selection of clothing, shoes, jewlery,wigs, weaves and extensions as well a large variety of hair care and beauty products. The gentleman(owner??)who is always there running the store when I stop by is helpful and allows me to browse at length without being intrusive. Love this store.

Amazing service. Great variety and attentive staff. It also helps that their hours allow all of us who work a little later to make it before closing.

STOP shopping where you are not wanted or trusted … I came in for two items and the guy asked if he can take my items, I kindly said no because I can carry two items haha .. he kept trying to get me to give him my items until I had to raise my voice ???? The last time I came in a women was working and he had her follow me around like a puppy throughout the entire store … I’m done shopping like that !!!! And being treated like that
