Anna Nails

I thought my standard pedicure was fine, but 3 days later I had pus, yes, pus (!!) coming from my right great toe cuticle! Disgusting! I’ve had about 1 million pedis and never had an issue. This was my first time trying this salon. Clearly their tools are not cleaned effectively. I will not be returning. Ever.

My sister and I went to Anna Nails for manicures and pedicures, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. Without asking, the nail techs on both of us dug into our toenails to remove what were ingrown nails — even though neither of us had any pain or problems with them and we didn’t ask for this to be done. This is especially concerning because my sister has had multiple surgeries to treat her ingrown toenails, and they had finally started healing well. Thanks to this, her toe is now clearly infected. Mine is also extremely sore and tender to walk on. It’s important to note: it is illegal for nail salons to perform procedures like digging out ingrowns — that’s something only a licensed medical professional should handle. Anna nails staff is always gentle and caring during fills, manicures and pedicures. I would recommend anyone there to help you They also do beautiful nail art. Never a problem and my nails always look great 💖

They worked extra hard to make sure my nails look pretty and I had acrylics taken off and one nail was busted underneath the acrylic and glad when she tried to remove it but soaked it off instead great job
