Based on the reviews and stars I drove 30 minutes to this specific location, wanting to get a manicure and acrylic pedicure, not the best experience. I actually left the salon without getting my nails painted because they looked so bAd, I wanted to ask the guy who was doing them if I could just shape them myself at this point. I ended up paying 130$ the manicure and pedi was 50$ each, before I left I asked for change for a 100$ bill I then tipped 10$, after leaving I realized the guy either miscounted and or kept some money for himself but he forgot to give me a 20$, he basically got himself a 30$ tip, on some not great work. The service was also not the best I tried to communicate how I wanted my nails and he would just look at me and tug and pull on my hand, which I believe wasn’t really

My daughter and I love going to get our nails done together. Michelle, John, Linda, Tommy, Lena and all the staff are amazing! They do a fabulous job and always make us feel so comfortable and at home!!!! Many thanks to all!!!😊😊😊

On January 6, I went to Anna’s Nails in Tempe, and this was without a doubt the most upsetting nail experience I have ever had. I originally went in asking for acrylic nails. While seated, I asked Michelle the nail tech who was going to be doing my nails what service would last 3–4 weeks because I needed something strong and durable. I was told that Gel X was very strong and was recommended to me, so I trusted their professional opinion. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old. I know what quality work looks like, and I know when something is done wrong. These nails were completely unacceptable. I asked for short almond-shaped nails, red with sparkles. I got my nails done by MICHELLE she is very good at what she does! I love my design done by her who ever like design or 3 D nails art Im highly recommend Michelle to do your nails !

I have been coming for years. First, Anna is such a wonderful business owner. She appreciates her customers and they appreciate her. I ask for Lena, as she is exceptional in her service. I highly recommend this nail spa.
