They got a 2 star from me because I feel like they be rushing to get you finished and not taking the time to pay attention to detail when doing nails. I will not be going back. And the price for a fill and not even good is crazy.

Received a fill this afternoon. The woman not only rushed through. She barely filed my nails. They are not smooth nail polish missing on the side of the nails as well as she didn’t even add acrylic to the entire nail. The woman proceeded to charge me $51 for a half done fill. They closed the store while I and another client we’re still inside so I was doing my best to be kind I was unhappy about the price so she discounted it and charged me $46 after asking to speak to the manager. Who had already left. Ive never in my life paid $50 for a fill with no designs or second coat of polish.

My pedicure was mid level, I asked for the $35 deluxe Pedi and I did not get the whole experience listed on the page, I didn't get a scrub and the leg massage was all of 5 seconds per leg. There was definitely a language barrier which I don't usually mind but I had to ask 5 times and take my feet out of the water for her to understand that it was burning hot. Then when it was time to pay she didn't tell me how much before holding her hand out for my card, and then asked me to sign a receipt that said $56.... Now I got gel polish but that should not make a $20 difference from the price listed on the page to what I was charged. Really disappointed, I just wanted to treat myself before I have my baby.

I would not recommend this place at all. Went in for a SIMPLE French tip gel pedicure. Told the lady nicely I want a trim on my nails with a square shape and French tip to match. I even showed a picture for reference. I left unsatisfied, went back within 30 mins and they still couldn’t get the job done. The finished look was sloppy and rushed. On top of my nails being cut down so short practically to my nail bed. Was not worth $66 at all.

Julie was my nail technician today. She was professional from the beginning of our session until the end. I tried the pink & white mani/pedi combo. I'm satisfied. Thanks! Update; got a nail color change with gel polish. The tech left polish residue all overh fingers. I had to remind him several times to wipe off the excess polish. One week later and my polish chipped on several fingers. I visited yesterday to have the polish reapplied, and the polish still chipped! The tech at the front desk near the entrance didn't remove the chipped polish, he just painted over it. Lazy! So I visited today and the salon was closed. I arrived before 4:30 pm. The salon closed by 5 pm.
