Came in a few weeks ago for a hair emergency, and Dave took me in about 15 minutes after my call. He made time for me through his busy schedule, and fixed my hair completely! One of the coolest people I’ve ever met, owning one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. His work was amazing and I’ll definitely be booking regular color appointments here in the future. Incredible creative space for artists & hair enthusiasts. I attended an event at AngryHair and was blown away by the design and concept of the space. Owner Dave has put his unique spin on the idea of a living space where artists can preform and perform work, all while a client gets their highlights done! The 420 party I attended had the best vibe ever, people chilling, dancing, smoking, working. It was such a vibe, one of the best times ever.

I really love this place and I'll definitely be coming back. My hair turned out great (dark brown to ginger) and the vibes in this place are really chill. Bonus points since I have curly hair and he dealt with that great. Alsooo I love the kitty here, he makes the experience so much more fun :)

Received the worst haircut. The person who cut my hair was distracted the whole time, answered his phone while cutting my hair. I explained that I did not want to lose my length. I even specifically said that my left side had shorter layers so I didn’t want anything taken off that side. He said “good to know”. He proceeded to hack away at my hair, cutting into each side adding tons of layers and removing the majority of the length I had been growing out for two years. I didn’t realize how much he was taking away until it was too late. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed as best I could. The stylist at Angry Hair did NOT listen to me and just made ME angry about my hair, literally. Wish I could get my money back. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dave is legendary and the GOAT! He was so down to earth and the rockin' metal vibe felt like I was at a show instead of a hair appointment. He took the time to get my color and style PERFECT! Exactly how I wanted it. I've heard about Dave's work but this was my first time and I was absolutely not disappointed! 5/5, 10/10 would absolutely recommended!
