Horrible service I see why you don’t see as much traffic there . Took my daughter who is 9 btw so we can get matching sets . First the lady had to take off her nails that were still on only like 4 but instead of soaking them off after I made a comment s about it hurting her (she was popping them off w using another nail underneath) she said it was easier and finished then charged me 140$ for two small length sets . The lady tried to snatch the card and swipe herself because she knew she was over charging . If it wasn’t for my daughter being with me I would have lost it . Definitely not worth it and will never be going back 1/10 do not recommend ! Now mind you the picture is of my nails nothing major and my daughters set is identical and just as short if not shorter

I have been a customer with them since early last year. I love that they open late, and open on Sundays. Allows me to get my nails done even when my schedule is busy during regular hours. Tina is very knowledgeable and experienced. She always executes designs that I have on photos. Service is also quick and very reasonably priced. Never had a nail fall off, or break between services. Am satisfied and happy with the services that I receive from them.

I travel all over the US for business. I walked in this salon without looking up reviews, etc. I now know why reviews are so important. I can say this is the worst nail salon I have ever walked in. Rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Sloppy and rude. I understand we have bad days; however, this did not seem like a bad day. This is a business who do not know how to treat customers and it is obvious they don’t care. I did not get a Hello, how are you, Thank you or goodbye. The fastest pedicure I’ve ever had.

I decided to treat myself to a pedicure and a manicure I wanted a full set of nails and get my eyebrows done. I'm a pretty easy going person and I give a lot of Grace. I was the only person in the shop I've never had a pedicure rushed so much usually soak your feet they do one foot at a time while you soak the other foot regular stuff that happens at other shops. That was disappointing but again I'm thinking okay so then I'm called over to the nail part and she decided that she wasn't putting the acrylics on kept smacking my hand and telling me to relax. Okay I thought I won't have to get a fill blah blah blah. Then it's time to get my eyebrows waxed the lady spent about 60 seconds to do my eyebrows. She did not clean all the wax off of my eyebrows which have never had that happen before a

I’m very upset with the service I’ve received. I came in at 5:50pm and asked if there was time for a full set and pedicure I was told yes & to pick a color. I already had a design in mind because this set is for my birthday (which is this Friday) I leave tomorrow to take a flight and these nails were so rushed they don’t even match the inspo photo! They’re sloppy as ever as well and the stickers budge out. When I tried to address this with the two nail techs who were doing my nails I was met with arguments at which point I was getting very disappointed I don’t hardly ever celebrate myself or my birthday so for me to come try and treat myself and not get what I asked for I’m highly upset.
