Blow dryer broke at last min. Got here at 7:49pm and they were already locking the door not letting anyone else in. For all my last min girlies if you're trying to grab something in the hail Mary hours this isn't the place for that. You'll want to go up the street to the beauty supply at Publix where they actually stay open and accept customers til 8

Large selection of items but I will only purchase little trinkets from there. Why? Because I visited on a Saturday to gather items for the wash day. While I was there I purchased some Shine Jam Magic Fingers. Because I spent $100 I was told I could get one additional item for 10 cents. Well I chose another Magic Fingers Shine Jam. Y'all, got the stuff home, used it on my kids only to discover that it has a lead, old plastic type smell. Opened the .10 cent jar and it looks like Vaseline. Scammmmmming black folks with our own products. I keep this stuff on deck so I know what the consistency, smell and quality should be. Right? Well I took it back to let them know that It was horrible. Asked for a refund or to switch it. The guy who checked me out and the other oriental lady ran to the back

10/10 customers service. I absolutely loved shopping here and will be returning. The lady at the register was so nice and helpful to me . I wish I got her name

They have a good selection of merchandise. The reason I'm giving 1 star is the horrible attitude of manager there. She's always in the hair extensions section and if you need anything from there, she will dismiss you and point randomly at stuff without actually helping or showing you anything. She's very rude and always too busy with something or on her phone speaking so loud so you'd stop bothering her. I don't understand how people with such attitude manage to keep their jobs!!! I work in customer service and this is NOT how customers should be treated. I was about to leave but decided to reach out for help from a sales associate. Two of them stepped in and apologized for the manager's attitude and were very helpful. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't step foot in this place again..and th
