Wow!! First and last time and I’m sad to say this. Was feeling super excited to visit this place as it would’ve been my first time and what a horrible experience. I had a random late text around 7:53pm telling me that they wanted me to confirm my already confirmed 1pm appointment but now i was being told that they were going to move it to 11am instead of 1pm. No explanation, no asking if it was ok, just telling me they were going to be changing it. I then replied, hello and that I cannot change it and that I had prior engagements and that this was a very late notice of any changes on their behalf. did my first session and it went good except for a few small things. first, I did the whole body one ($95)-included sides, tummy and thighs with butt lift. I was disappointed it didn't include double chin, arm pits, arms or back (since it was the whole body one) it did take about 2hrs though. its only my first session and I don't see a difference...yet... they recommend about 8-12 sessions and one session a week at the least. also, they do explain that you need A LOT of water and do a low carb diet ( they say no bread, pasta or sugar) or it won't help you achieve what your are going for.
