Let me start by saying these ladies can do hair. Both styles I've tried, I walked out feeling like a baddie. BUT if you are a natural hair woman, especially a Black woman be cautious! My 1st visit I got a wash, deep condition, and blow out. During the wash I smelled something like apple cider vinegar. I was worried they put something in my hair, I noticed more shedding than normal afterwards. So I waited until I washed at home it to see. My curls came back but my roots were a bit straighter than normal and dry, I figured it was nothing. Second time I got wash, regular condition, and curls. Again I smelled something like apple cider vinegar during the wash. My curls came out beautiful but shedding again when I touched it (worse with a brush). I arrived at the salon with a detangling product already in my hair, initially planning to style it myself. However, I opted for a wash at the salon last minute, realizing my week would be hectic and anticipating a busy Saturday at the salon. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a tall lady at the second chair. However, another woman in the third chair stared at me in an unsettling manner. When the shampoo attendant inquired about the product in my hair, I explained it was a detangler. To my surprise, she raised her voice, saying, "You’re going to pay for detangling; you came in with braids..." (which were just six unraveled twists). This drew the attention of those around m

Being kind goes a long way. Do not expect to find that at this place. The demeanor and overall attitude is rude and condescending. Nayelis was an amazing stylist, was so nice and welcoming. As I came in the owner Angie was so nice and made it a lovely experience. I got a 28 inches sew in , hair came out amazing and price was also great.. will be back for sure
