Service felt rushed and the nail tech cut me twice. She tried to hide it by putting my finger right into the water again, but it was bleeding so bad it turned the water pink. My middle finger bled continuously throughout the service and she tried to tell me it happened because my “skin was dry”. She still continued the service as my fingers were bleeding and dipped my finger directly into the ANC powder, and I bled all the way to my car and had to bandage 🩹 it there. My fingers still hurt 😔
**NEED TO EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF** 🥰🥰 ANGELEAH NAILS!! A place of class, professionalism and peaceful respite. From the massage chairs that rock you to sleep, while you’re enjoying a pedicure, to the care and attention given to your nails should you decide to get a full gel set, ANC/Silac or in need of just a fill. I have been coming to Lee for YEARS!!!! Just to see the growth as a customer is a blessing. The growth is not by happenstance! When you truly care about your customers and employees it shows! When you want to do a great job for your customers, it’s shows and is evident in their work ethic.I will NEVER go to another nail salon. Every two weeks - I am here visiting my nail technician Lee. She’s so sweet and does a fantastic job on my nails and toes every time I come!!! My mother
Normally don’t do negative reviews but paid over 100 for a pedicure and full set and I hate my nails so bad. The lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing and it was evident. Application was sloppy, she burned my cuticle area somehow with product and when it was time to paint it took her forever because she didn’t know how to do a simple French tip. I got my nails done a week ago and they are already lifting (looks like I got them done 3+ weeks ago). There is parts of my cuticle in the acrylic as well because she applied on the cuticle instead of above. My toe nail gel is also already lifting as well. NEVER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I’m not sure where to start. When I first inquired I was given prices for the manicures and pedicures we wanted. When seated an older woman flipped through the book and asked me which pedicure I wanted. I knew from my first inquiry that the pedicures were $35 but she flipped to a page in the book and told me to pick from three choices that started at $65 a pedicure. I had to flip back to the front of the book and tell her no I want this one, she was not happy and from then on had an attitude. When she started my pedicure, it was rough. I’ll let her know, She was hurting me as she was drilling my toenails and she assured me that she knew what she was doing and that she was gonna make them look good, to be clear my toes were fine. I was only getting a pedicure to go along with the group. I a
I would like to share my experience to warn others to be careful. Clearly, not everyone at this salon provides bad service—some are great, like Anne. The first time I went, Anne did such an amazing job that I wanted to keep going back. Unfortunately, for my second visit (two days before my birthday), I didn’t make a reservation and Anne was busy, so I ended up being helped by another manicurist. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the person who did my nails that second time. On February 7th, I came in for a manicure and dip powder color. During the procedure, the manicurist was extremely rough and careless. My nails were severely damaged and traumatized. I developed reddish spots under my nails, which I later learned are signs of pressure bleeding or small clots caused by the mis
