REALLY BAD customer service! It was my second time in this place, the first time the female employee listened to what I was pleasantly asking. Second time not so much, I went to get a deep powder manicure, and I was asking questions to see what suited my needs at that time. They seem to not like when people ask pricing questions or tell them how they like their nails done. The male employee gave me attitude and sent me home with incomplete nails because I told him the customer has the right to ask for the exact service they will be paying for. After he asked me if I still want the nails done? and I thought he will be a professional he didn't finish the nails edges completely. Been going here for six years. Tu does an excellent job on acrylic nails and dip powder nails. He also does elegant and creative nail art designs. I receive many compliments every time. All employees do great pedicures as well.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. I’ve been here twice and both times have sucked. The first time, my nails lifted within a week and my pedicure took almost 2hrs. However, I didn’t complain or leave a review. Just gave them another shot. So this time around the same guy did my nails, and he caused me to bleed on two different fingers. All I had done was a fill-in with Gel polish and the total was $55. I immediately asked why and he backtracked and said it’s only $50. I again asked why It was so expensive and he starts yelling at me. I never raised my voice I just kept asking why the price was what it was. This nail salon reminds me of salons I used in Brooklyn NY. They are friendly and they don't make you feel like you're being rushed. They do fingernails, pedicures and eyebrows. They pay attention to what the patron wants. You need an appointment but the wait to be serviced isn't too long. Highly recommend this salon. The man who does my nails takes his time. He makes sure my nails are done to my liking. If there's a mistake(hardly ever, it's corrected on the spot. I will follow him wherever he goes. I love this shop and the service I receive.

I came in today & had a 1:15 appointment for 4 people to get 2 fulls sets 1 fill and a gel polish. Even though I had an appointment for us I waited an hour and my friends waited an hour and a half to get helped. My friends pedicure didn’t even include lotion. I went to this place because the pictures online looked amazing but the pictures are from the young girl that sits in the front. The rest of the staff had no idea how to do even simple designs. My nails were fixed by the lady in the front but my friends nail color was wrong and the designs looked sloppy. If it wasn’t for the young girl in the front I would have given this place a 1 star. Was very dissatisfied.
