Very nice setting very peaceful. I love my manicure the only problem was the man soak my nails in hot water. I’m used to a nice shampoo, hand conditioner, but it was just straight water cuts your cuticles then shape and color. $49 is a little pricey, for A pedicure.I never soaked in the water . He only used the scrub sponge for bottom of feet wash my leg down, scrub it down and cut the cuticles polish me put lotion on me and got me out of there. I wasn’t really satisfied with the time . The ladies that were sitting in there before me was there probably like one hour and 10 minutes getting a pedicure. The reason I decided to get one. It took him a half hour to do my pedicure . Nice place over all. I just don’t like to feel like I’m being rushed when I’m paying for any service .

I should have read the newest reviews before showing up to this place again. Today, during my pedicure, the nail technician was cutting my nails and she was twisting one of the tools on my big toe. I said it hurt and she continued until it started to bleed! When I complained to whom I believe is the manager, she told me literally: " that's gonna be fine in 2 days." Really? Needless to say, I am never going back to this place again!! Hopefully, I don't get an infection. Poor service. Train your employees better/longer. So you can give a quality service for the high price you charge.

i have gone here twice now and i think it’s save to say i will not be back. both times i got the same lady who sits at the second row of tables on the left side. the first time i asked for a french manicure. she literally just painted half of my nail white. it looks very sloppily done. this week i asked for a full set coffin shape. my nails have no arch to them they are completely flat and the acrylic is very thin. this is the first set of nails i feel like i have to be careful because they might break. they also used tips that are too big for me so they just look weird. i paid $50 for the pink set because it was an additional charge since i wanted them coffin shaped. overall i think i’m just going to stick with Lotus nails in hummelstown. they do MUCH better work and have better prices th

I am really not the type of person to write a bad review. But this one is needed. I have been to so many different nail salons. I’ve gone to really good ones, and some that were just okay but even the just okay ones, I say oh well and move on. But I have never been to a salon this terrible. It was beyond how my nails looked. It was what was under them when they started coming off. FUNGUS on not 1 but 5 of my nails!!! Then I come on here to read other reviews like I wish I would have done before going!! and I see another person posted pictures of the fungus underneath their nails as well. So clearly it’s not a coincidence. Fungus is no joke. It gets into your blood stream and can turn into something way more serious if not treated. And they won’t care about your medical bills. So save you

Been coming here 3 years, i have spent thousands of dollars and ALWAYS leave a tip.. today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time which I had no problem with. When it was time to paint my nails the guy told me he didn't have time to paint the tips that I wanted and continued to just paint my nails a solid color. I expressed myself to the owner that I was upset and she told me that they didn't have time because they had to fix 3 broken nails. I am so upset with my service it literally ruined my whole day off of work, why pay for a service if its not what you want. She gave me 10 dollars off which I still paid 50 dollars.
