They move slow not only that she stopped me to do someone lashes and the water have gonna cold … some lady came in complaining about her nail broke the next day .. my first and last time here!! Had to edit haven’t been 24 hours and polish coming off 😭😭

Went to get a wax for the second time. First time, she came in right away and did a decent job. However, this last time I went for the same service and she attempted to charge me more than the first time. It took her a while to come in the waxing room soI was able to look around. There was stuff everywhere. Trash outside of the trash can, materials left from previous wax jobs, and shoes lying around. She did a terrible skin prep job. Once I made it home and washed my face (because there was so much wax residue left behind), I was able to see multiple small burns on my face. I will never step foot in this establishment again. If zero stars was a possibility, that’s what they would get. Don’t waste your time or money.

Came in at 3:27pm and left at 4:30 only to not get my nails done. The one lady that was working told me it would be only 15 mins but serviced two people before me. No sense of urgency and dishonest

I wish I could leave 0 stars . This place is very unprofessional. If you don’t know how to do nails you should not be working or overcharging for something done incorrectly. I had a bad experience today will never come back My nails are not shaped properly When you tell the ladies they ignore you and continue. They make you pay mid service for unsatisfactory results

I’m just now finding time to post this but DON’T EVER GO HERE!!! I got my nails done March 2nd, 2019, tried them out for the first time and got acrylic nails with gel. When they used this tool to smoothen out the surface of my nail beds, the lady went way too close to my skin and cut me, TWICE. One on each nail and my pinky bled. Plus she went too deep in my nail beds when trying to smoothen it out. On top of that the fake nails themselves were so crooked. I kept telling them to fix it but it looked the same and I just got annoyed. Three different people worked on my nails and usually there’s one person that applies the acrylic and one person who paints them. Lastly, after they were done it looked like I was already due for a refill. On the plus side the lady who did my pedicure did a good
