Angel Nails DLT, LLC

My normal nail tech was closed so I went to Angel Nails to get acrylics taken off and have new ones put on. The man working was nice, but the older woman was absolutely rude, even giving me nasty looks. He started to remove my nail by shoving a plastic nail under my original acrylic. I said it hurt, pulled back, and then he did this several more times before he said he needed to soak them. While this was going on, the woman kept bringing color books to me, shoving them in my face, and speaking harshly to me. I wasn't ready to pick a color. Then she brought -- I kid you not -- a SCALDING HOT metal bowl of acetone aND sat it in front of me. I stuck my hand in, not realizing, immediately pulled my hand out, and the tech and I both noticed the acetone was boiling in the bowl. Literally BOILI

I asked for short almond nails and even showed them a pic. These are too long and the acrylic is way too thick, lumpy, and wide at the tips. They weren’t shaped/filed correctly. I wish I would’ve said something while there but after 3 hours I just wanted to leave.

I dont normally write reviews, but I feel it is necessary. I should have waited for my nail guy to get back instead of jumping to get my nails fixed here (I did not look at the reviews). I am about to go on vacation and desperately needed a fill and color change. My normal place was closed at the time I was out and about yesterday. So on my way home I stopped at Angel Nails. Big mistake! My nails look horrible! They are uneven and not uniform at all. Most of the fill is attached to my cuticles, I had to file the rough parts off the tips myself when I got home. The gel polish looks splotchy and started chipping as soon as I used my fingers... I NOW HAVEN TO GO PAY AGAIN TO HAVE THEM DONE PROPERLY. I will never recommend Angel Nails to anyone!

Oh Angel Nails, what can I say? Of course I always read the review but I always like to see for myself...this time the reviews by other folks were on point! You must know their culture to understand their demeanor. With that said they were nice and funny ladies. However, I waited almost 30 minutes to get my pedi started and they did a rush job. I know this because it shows! They got 3 stars because they did an excellent job fixing two of my real nails to look like the rest of my finger nails. And the spa portion was awesome! But toe nails —-horrible paint job!

If I could give this place negative reviews, I would. I went in for a pedicure, and the woman doing my nails was nice enough and the price was good. My pedicure was going great up until she started putting the polish on. The first picture I shared was from her. She did 2 coats and it didn’t even cover my nail, was sloppy, and looked like my nail was painted with white-out. This lady painted my nails like she had 0 training. When I told her, she kept looking at my nail and at me like she didn’t know what was wrong, but I could tell she knew it looked bad, so she got someone else.
